Returns.

 

As products are made to order, returns are able to be made for store credit only.

In case you'd like to return your product(s), you have 14 days to do so from the date of delivery.

Please note that I do not offer free returns, so you will be responsible for postage costs on returned items. When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service as I am not liable for any lost parcels.  

Once your return has been processed you will be contacted about your store credit by email.

To be eligible for a store credit your product(s) must be returned unused and in original condition/packaging.

To process a return please follow the below steps:

1.    Email hello@julianaupton.com with your order number in the subject line.

2.    You will receive an email reply to approve the request and provide the return address.

3.    Send the package back via any tracked mailing service of your choice.
